Incorrect starting dates given

Information was sent to me regarding the Advanced Quality Control Course. I applied for the course, made full payment and started attending.

According to the information on the Course outline sheet sent through to me by CPUT staff members the course was supposed to start on the 13th of August. When I got to CPUT on the 13th I was advised that the course had started the week before on the 6th of August.

Not only did I miss crucial information required to complete a tutorial due on the 20th of August but I also did not receive a file.

I have sent emails to CPUT and spoken to the lecturer, and have received no feedback on why half the class was not informed of the date change.
