Pass Exam Papers

I am a student with Damelin, I apllied for 3 pass exam papers from damelin on the 09/05/2013 made the payment and summitted, when I called in to confirm did they recieve my form they said that the pass exam aplications ended on last week already on the previuos exam paper it states in black and white "THE LAST DATE FOR REQUESTS FOR PREVIOUS QUESTION PAPERS IS THREE WEEKS BEFORE THE START OF THE OFFICIAL EXAM SESSION." Wich is 01/06/2013 I am exactly at the 3 week mark and they dont want to assist all that was said it will be credited to your fees I dont want it to be credited I wand the pass exam papers as they are well aware that they do not give study guides or scopes and their tutors to not get back to me what am I supposse to do in this regards or maybe the consultant cannot count the weeks left I am very disaapointed i feel like cancelling and moving to UNISA or INTEC as never have I heard students has so must problems like I have, even my writing center is incorrect i stipulated I want to write in Johannesburg randburg as I reside here they rather put on my confirmation NG churh in linden Pretoria where they get their information from I do not know. This is just a terrible.
