Disgusting!

I am a prospective student (existing businessman with more than 20 years experience in PM). I dialed the toll free number to enquire about studying towards PMP certification. The lady who answered was one of the most incompetent people I have ever had the displeasure of communicating with. Her tone and exasperation was disgusting to say the least. I hope you have a recording. I dialled from phone with clid on so you can check. So much so that I will advise my Network never to deal with this college unless I receive an explanation as to this conduct. She put me on hold 5 times and refused to take my landline number. She was only content if I had a cell number. When I asked what her name was she hung up on me.
