Stratcol for Platinum credit card corporation

Stratcol has been illegally deducting money from my account. When contacted, they provided a number (0861100050/90) of which it does not go through instead the line gets cut. Stratcol could you stop effecting these payments without my authority. The reference for these payments is smartflight - of which i never subscribed for it!
