NO RESPONSE EVER!!!

I am a 1st year student at UNISA and I have decided to cancel my qualification as I do not want to carry on with a poor institution like this. I can not understand why do they give us lecturers numbers and email addresses if they do not respond or are incompetent to answer some of our questions. Why do they not answer us when we ask them questions on the discussion forums. There are certain departments that are brilliant with this but TEACHING PRAC is DEFINITELY not one of them. ENG is also not far behind as they are very orientated with poems and the lecturer did not even answer the question I asked her she just told me to look in my book. I am very sorry but I cannot carry on like this stressing myself out.
