UNISA Education Faculty you are pathetic!!!

I am a long standing UNISA student (busy with my third qualification through UNISA). This year I registered for my PGCE and have to do a teaching practical (PCF410-X). The education faculty clearly tells us students that we are not able to carry this subject over to next year and I have no intentions of doing that, but when the faculty doesn't reply to students then their threat is unwarranted. I have submitted my DSAR25 form 5 times via email and twice via fax and still no confirmation of my placement. The form is filled in and stamped by two schools-I've done my part UNISA now do your part and please process my DSAR25 form and confirm my placement. If there is a problem email me so I can sort it out-otherwise how am I meant to know there is a problem???
