Unisa Service Delivery very POOR!!!

I registered for Ndip in Public Relations and was told to do a bridging course in English. I did that and i still havent received my study material, my assignments are due next week. I have been calling the Sunnyside campus but the phone is either engaged or it just rings. This is really frustrating because when the submission date is closed and you havent submitted they do not even want to hear your excuses. Im really fed up with this and i hope someone will do something about it. I mean if the staff doesnt answer their phones how are we as working students supposed to reach them. Its such a BIG Institution but POOR POOR SERVICE!!!
