Unisa
No study material again!!! No delivery!

I have sent unisa numerous emails re my study material.all they tell me is that it will be couriered by skynet and to enquire with them. When you do call skynet, they put you through the unisa agent, but no one ever answers that phone. We have to pay immediatley, but donot get our study material on time. We all have deadlines to meet, unisa doesnt care and skynet just doesnt deliver!!!

Can someone please tell me what is going on! What kind of an institution is unisa and what type of sevice does skynet provide?
