Course Certificates not received

I completed a two year course at Parktown Campus in 2003, I have still not received my certificates only a letter promising that they will send them dated 24 February 2004. I have tried to contact them on and off for the past 9 years and I get nowhere each time. In the past 2 weeks I have tried to make contact via their online contact for as well as sending 4 emails and making numerous phone calls where I am just passed from one person to the next and eventually the call is just dropped. I need these certificates to prove my qualifications in order to secure employment, this is the reason I took the course in the first place, my fees were paid up to date, my exams were written and passed and I have nothing to show for it.
