I have a problem, there is a Company that keeps deducting money from my account and eveytime they do this they use a different name, last year this was done three times, they are using Stratcol as their collector, everytimeI call them they say it was a mistake, today it happened again, they toook R299.99 from my bank account, I them called Stratcol, they told me that they don't know the company, what I fail to understand is how can they just do collections for someone they don't know, they gave me a number for the company (ZINGZILLA 45887166ZINGI), it appeared to be the very same number I got when deductions were made by StratCol in my account, when I called the company I spoke to an Indian lady, as soon as I tried to explain what had happened she hung up, when I tried to call back she pretends as if there is a problem with the line, their number is 031 828 1620 / 031 826 4924, the biggest problem is that I loose R70.00 everytime I reverse these transactions, which is unfair for me because I don't know them and they are not willing to tell me who they are.
