Terrible service, money scamming and bad attitude

Bought an educational program R4000 last year to use in class room to help students improve on there Afrikaans. School replaced our classroom computers and now we need to reinstall our already bought program. I need a product key for this same product that we bought last year. Rockseries refuses to send someone, we have to pay a monthly fee in order to get the program on our computers. The person I spoke to was not only extremely rude but also never stopped to give me even a chance to ask / say something. Rude Afrikaans person... RUDE!
