OUR MONEY whatch out

We bought a program from Sharetrackin on 18 July 2012, the sales person was the one that made it clear about 20 times that if we do not want this program after 6 months we will get all our money back, no questions asked. As we are now 6 months down the line, they do not want to give us our money back and gives us a load of excuses of not using the program correctly after telling them that we do not want it because we do not have the time to use it! This was after they told us also that they are going to take the money from our budget facility, and instead took it one shot! Also a lie!!

We want our money back or we will take legal action because this is our money.
