Reimbursement for study unit

I was registered 2012 for the 1st Semester - ECS1016 (student number 34676090) however could not write the exams on the 3rd May 2012 due to work commitments. I sent an email on the 2nd May 2012 that I was unable to write my ECS1016 examination. Firstly there are no call centre's at Unisa making it difficult to communicate. After a long wait for a positive response from UNISA nothing came back until I sent another email qouting reference case number is 12123NX10555 which was given when I first sent the request for aegrotat. The rejection stipulates that application cannot be considered as the closing date has already expired. Attention was drawn to the MyStudies@UNISA brochure (pg 71) in terms of which application together with the prescribed fee should have been received within 10 days after the examination date. My email was sent on the 2nd May 2012 before my examination date of the 3rd May2012. I
still want UNISA to reimburse me or reinstate my registration as it was illegally rejected and I'm not in breach of any terms or conditions.
