Taking cash but did not sign for it

OK this is the pits, Stratcol is taking my cash for Teletop. Whats going on??? I do not have a account with Teletop. But the best thing is that they are taking R99.00 two times in one month for this company. Big problem they do not even look if the customer sign for this deduction!!! And then the ref number differs every time they take my cash.
When you phone Stratcol they give you 4 numbers for Teletop that does not even work.
031 2293 977 - 031 8373 168 - 031 8376 014 or 031 8376 015.
But remember Teletop are they customer!!!
I blocked you now at my bank and took my cash back from you!!!
Until you can not show me prove of where i sign for teletop I will take my cash back every time!!
O and I will close my account at the bank!!!
