Intec College
Cancellation of enrolment

In the beginning of the year my wife enrolled for matric at intec college. Soon after that I sent a cancellation request via email to Intec College asking them to cancel the course because of the following reasons.

1. We were notified of the additional activities (Exam Control Test and External Exam Registration) very late in the process not allowing us enough time to raise the additional funds (which we were not aware of until the end).
2. We have learned recently that she ha fallen pregnant and has therefore become very sickly and the timing of that mean that she will be nursing a new around the time for exams a will not be able to write.

I have not had any correspondence from until called them in August and all this time they were debiting my account. They told in august that the cancellation board is going to have a meeting and they would call me back in two weeks. Ever since then I have been calling to try and get the status of my request I have been told that they would call me every time which never happens.

I would like to get closure on this matter.
