EXCELLENT SERVICE

I was at Unisa in Polokwane looking for some items in the Unisa shop, and i was told the shop is closed but Mr. Dire can assist. Was taken to his office, he greeted me with a smile and i introduced myself to him and he also did the same. instead of "getting rid of me" like some would do, he was willing to go an extra mile in helping me. he even called a coallegue of his to make a call, which she did and the whole experience just made my day. felt he should be complemented on his work and courtecy, thanks mr Dire :-)
