No response for Hdip application

I applied for Higher Post Graduate Diploma in 2012 October for the 2013 academic year at UJ. When I called them they send me from pillar to post until I was unable to register even if I was accepted.

Nothing was sent to me after sending through my application, they took my R400 which is the application fee and ate it.
