Bpt1501- terrible module

Bpt1501 online module is a good thing however I have been at the bad end of this module.
I partook in the module during the entire semester. I even attained permission from a course co-ordinator that all the learnerships in my school could form the study group and we send our assignments to her. All assignments were forwarded to her and myself and my group members were feeling good about the module, until I got my final mark saying I have failed, where the rrst of my group members have passed. I feel this is extremely unfair, and when I went to unisa (pretoria AND daveyton) no one could help me! Just shifted from one department to the next! Very disgruntled...
