Bad Service and no response to applications sent

Applied to NMMU in November 2013 and recieved confirmation for my application a week later. A few weeks later my application still says WA - Processing in progress - Your application has been referred to the relevant admissions officer for processing. You will be notified of the outcome via post shortly.
Further investigation lead to Ntombomzi Draai, after speaking to her she asks me to send a senior certificate, promising to finalise the application on on day the 06 of January which was never done. After that she doesn't take any calls and her assistant is very rude. She tells me to wait for registration week. I'm not sure why because I have alrady applied.
