MARKS NOT RELEASED & GRADUATE CONTRACT VOID!!!

Upon being faced amidst heavy frustration to be granted a special supplementary exam for my only remaining module. I waited more than 2 weeks for the marks to be published (for 4 students) for my only mark.
I enrolled for a BCOM (HONS) with specialization in Tax and the final module being, Introduction to Governance and Control.

After several attempts to establish when my marks will be published I was told after from the Faculty of Economic and Financial Sciences. A final remark was suggested that I would receive it today (13 Dec 2013). Upon contacting UJ they simply told me they were closed and the marks would be published on the 5th Jan 2014 (ON A SUNDAY!!!) without any valid excuse. As a result my graduate program is VOID because of UJ NOT PUBLISHING MY MARKS.

I now face a loss of income and experience because of ill-mannered. incompetent individuals not doing their daily jobs. This is not the first encounter I've experienced with UJ and their arrogant staff!
