Waiting on completion of qualification: Jan 2012

I did apply for completion of qualification last year (2012) already.
Up to now no response, . I was informed that I needed FAC1501, now the system states that I have credit for the subject, as I completed ASK151U.
I tried to register for FAC1501 since Jan 2012, but the system doesn't allow me to register because it throws out a automatic notice that I have credit for the subject.
I just want my National Diploma. Registration closes on Friday and if I have to take the subject, I want to take it this semester. I am tired of not getting any response or the same response, that I do have to take the subject, but please just open the subject on the system for me that I can complete my Diploma.
