My portfolio results delayed

My husband, Brian Mxolisi Dile submitted his portfolio in May and he has since been telephonically following up with the Prof Mokotong's. She advised him to phone another department as she has
done her part of making Brian's portfolio. Brian has been trying to phone that office number for 2 months and it continuously without anyone attending to his call. His frustration is the closing date for Unisa is Friday the 12th.
He wanted to register for that module if he failed should he pass the portfolio he submitted, he then wants to study further and register for something else. He phoned Prof Mokotong today she told him to drive to Pretoria for his results, I mean we live in Soweto and besides he's now working. This is so inconvenient for a Prof/Manager or Supervisor to tell a student that there is nothing she can do. As we all know that education is the key to success but when there is such people in an education field who doesn't care about individuals who are trying to make good future for themselves, then what are we supposed to. PLEASE HELP
