INCORRECT EXAM MARK CALCULATION & REGISTRATIONS

Received notification of my exam result for MNE3704 and immediately noted that my yearmark was incorrectly calculated as 10% even though I had received 100% for one of my two assignments. I have written to UNISA on the 28th June 2013 regarding their incorrect calculations and to date have received no response.

Have also written to UNISA regarding my registration for Accounting modules on the 30th June 2013 and also no response from them on that matter.

UNISA's telephone lines go unanswered and in the meantime registrations are closing on the 12th July 2013. Would appreciate it if someone could enlighten me on how to take this matter further as there is a clear communication breakdown between UNISA and its Students???
