Unisa
Worst service ever!

I went to unisa to talk to someone about the modules I am registered for. When I finally found someone to talk to they told me to go to a counter at the other side of the hall and speak to someone at booth nr 11. Booth nr 11 was empty, so I went to the only booth that had someone in it and asked the lady if she could assist me... This upset he very much because how could anyone send a student to her, because she is busy. She walk all the way with me back to the other side of the hall so that I could show her who this person was that referred me to her. After she spoke to that person for about 10 minutes we walked back to her booth. She then spoke to another lady for about 15 minutes complaining about having to help me. I felt like a real for asking her in the first place... needles to say she didn't know what she was doing and after 5 hours of being sent around from one person to the next, I finally had my answers.
