Maria Kraak - Neglecting her duties

Maria Kraak (Boston-Arcadia) has been neglecting her duties, she forgets about our scheduled meetings. She neglected to inform me about her leave whilst I have been waiting for my final exam.

This has been a real inconvenience for me in a sense that it is not cost efficient for to travel to pta only to find her not there and this whole situation has set me back on my studies.
