I am at my wits'end with Boston!

School re-opened on 3 January 2014, but I purposefully went on the 6th, under the impressing that it'll be chaotic and everybody will still be trying to find their feet. On the 6th, I spoke to a lady named Dawn Mazibuko, who informed me that my results were still not in, but if I came the following week (anytime) I would get them. Disappointed as I was, I left empty handed.

I was in contact with Dawn almost everyday and the response was the same "Dear Thabiso, no we still have not received those results yet".

Yesterday, I personally went to Boston Arcadia and Dawn said they are still waiting. She could not give me a reason as to why my results were not in yet. I asked who is charge and all she could say is the HOD for markers is some lady named Lucia. I asked for a contact number and she blatantly refused! I explained that my HR needs those results as I took leave and they are threatening to capture them as unpaid as they cannot wait forever!

Is Boston going to pay me should my leave be captured as unpaid? Can SOMEONE sort this out?!? NOW!!
