BAD SERVICE. NEED CONTRACT CANCELED

I was also hounded by calls from their sales office under the pretence of selling a good opportunity for me to make money through selling shares to my surprise, it was not what the sales person promised. Felix did a Presentation and I declined the offer to many times as I stated clearly I could not afford it, He made me sign the contract after refusing many times. A contract was then opened without even my Husband signing for it and the form requires both signatures, HOW ON EARTH DO THEY OPEN CONTRACTS WITHOUT BOTH SIGNATURES? Yes i provided his payslip BUT THERE WAS NO SIGNATURE, FORM CLEARLY STATES HE MUST SIGN. NO TRADING ACCOUNT WAS EVER OPENED FOR ME. I have never used their software and debits of R219 & R830 are running on my account every month. I tried calling this Felix guy to cancel this thing from day one with no success, got hold of him one day & he promised to cancel, nothing happened, I phoned the office million times to get this cancelled I get refered to Notlyn who is so rude and tells me she will not cancel, now they want to black list me for something I clearly indicated I cannot afford. I WANT THIS CANCELLED AS I HAVE TRIED MILLION TIMES NO ONE ASSISTED.
