UNISA a complete disgrace

Its that time again, when students are finalising their registrations and UNISA is disregarding any form of communication. Each year it gets worse with this disgrace of a "learning institution" - the only thing I really learn is that I should put my money elsewhere if there was a financially-viable option for studying elsewhere.

Unisa registrations close on 25th, this week. I took a three hour trip into Pretoria [i stay in NorthWest] to register in person on 14th January. I went from one line to another line to another line. Eventually I was put in front of a woman who gave me her direct email address and took my papers and promised that when I send her an email she will followup and proceed with my registration. It is the 21st and I have not yet heard from this woman, even after sending another email and trying to contact her.

Do i have to travel all that way again, take time off work, waste petrol money AGAIN?!?! This is once again beyond frustrating. Its any wonder how any of your students pass with the lack of support you offer students. Your communications need a serious shakeup and wakeup.
