No help from employees

I have been trying to contact unisa Parow from 1 June. All the numbers listed on the internet does not work. I have sent them emails but no one responds. Please tell me who do I need to speak to to get the banking details to make a payment and the outstanding amount. If this is how unisa is offering further education then I would advise south africa not to study through unisa
