Unisa
Results withheld and status showing absent from ex

Myself and other student wrote STA1501 exams at Goodwood Sports Centre in Cape Town and when checked myunisa, the status showed results outstanding and in another domain it says absent from examination. The member of staff at Parow office by the name of Vincent Matiso did not even attempt to help when phoned in this regard. Phones at Pretoria office were not answered. Unisa needs to take our education serious as these issues affects us emotional. I am almost certain that they will send us results stating that we failed.
