NO Admission examination

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
As a student myself at Unisa I have never seen this. My child is preparing for exams when the time table came. It says she is not admitted for one of the modules she registered for which is BSM3701. She did submit the first assignment to get admitted but never got results why? Where are the results for this module even for the other module she didn't get result but has been admitted for it. I need answers, as a parent I have paid the fees. Unisa was on a strike and now who is supposed to suffer or take the blame. I need answers because I cannot even call a call centre or talk to someone.
