WILL SOMEONE HELP - UNISA???

I recentley applied for my BA and matric endorsement with all documents needed, then Thursday last week 30-05-2013 recieved P.O Box letter to say my application was successful and another letter to say that I needed to get a copy of my ID by a high comissioner stamped and signed by the 30-05-13 (NEXT DAY) or I am not able to register. I have been calling emailing every known number adress I can find for UNISA and NO AWNSER or help.
I want to register start my studies and then this. Also when I did apply I had all the documents needed, the lady who took my documents laid them beside her un evely I did ask her to please not loose them she smiled said she wouldn't.
Why was I not informed that I needed to get a signed copy of ID from high comissioner for matric endorsment sooner??? I would have done it and taken it to the applications when I did it all back in April. HELP!!!
