STILL CHARGED FOR STUDY FEES AFTER CANCELLATION

I registered at Intec for Hotel Management course and cancelled my enrollment within 7 days but I am still waiting for the cancellation documents and they have already deducted the monthly fees of almost R700 from my account even after cancelling more than a month ago. The main reason I cancelled my enrollment was because of financial issues. I also paid a deposit of R1500 which I also have not been refunded for.
