I'm back, highlighting the lack of service from Unisa. It has been more than 2 months now that I have requested an official statement of account via email and no response. I have also tried calling tirelessly and get no answer. This is quite frustrating. I have also now escalated this to the Ombudsman at Unisa - a route which I tried previously and also didn't get any feedback.

It appears that the only people that get success is Talk Radio 702, not even us as students!!!

Urgent feedback will be highly appreciated.
