Wrongful debit Order on my account

From what I see here, I guess I'm not the only one with this problem. I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND I REFUSE TO BE ONE OF YOUR . An amount of R99 was debited from my account this morning and I have been sent from pillar to post by call centres at stratcol. How someone can just go into my account and take my money without authorization is beyond me. I have never heard of "RR Marketing" and when I call them (got numbers from Stratcol) they have no idea what on earth I'm talking about. I'm prepared to take legal action and I have not signed anything nor have I confirmed any debit order.
