Stratcol Unathorised Debit Orders

I had a debit orders that deducted a sum of R99.99 from my account on the 25 of Feb. I called stratcol, they were not helpful at all and gave me Ocean Solution in Durban to be contacted, the first tel number that they gave me, I couldnt get through. I eventual got the second telephone number and spoke to a Samatha, she could not give me the company registration numbers, the managers were not in. She said that she would investigate as to why these debits orders were deducted and would come back to me within 48 hours, she never did. I want to know who instructed them to deduct these amounts, who gave them my account number and who will pay for the reversal of the debit orders. Today I went to the bank, 2 other clients with the same problem, same company and they told me the campany that debited from my account is Stracol, Ocean Solution telephone numbers are not listed in the Telkom Directory and on google.
