Debit order misorde

Stratcol has deducted money 3 times from my account, on behalf of a company that I don't even know.

I called them and they told me the name of the company is Top Adz, they gave me the first number which is 031 837 6014, and that number only rings once and then hangs up.

The next number they gave me was 031 837 3168, and that number does not even ring, but they miraculously spoke to someone using it.

Now I ahve 3 debit orders that have gone through, and to have them reversed costs me money, so I ahve to pay to get my money back, funny story.

As far as I know it is ilegal for anyone to deduct moeny from someones account without theirt knowledge and consent.

somebody help me solve this drama, R300 may seem like very little to someone elase, but for me, every cent counts.
