POOR SERVICE

I have been waiting two weeks for my assignments to arrive. I phoned in to query about it and they told me numerous times that it would arrive on a certain day only to find that on those days my stuff didn't arrive. I phoned a guy named Daniel to be told he would phone me back which he never did. I started exams today and im still waiting for my study material to arrive for an exam im supposed to be writing THIS WEEK!

I just find it so sad how a paying customer gets treated like this and due to poor service I will have to postpone my exam till October! what makes the situation even worse is how no one bothers to contact me to let me know what's happening about my complaint!
