DAMLIN DOES NOT DELIVER

Hi

To learn through Damlin is supposed to be easy (HA HA HA)

My daughter 's study material for 2 subject's in grade 12 after nearly 3 weeks still has notarrived.
When i phone Damlin i get put through to 2-3 people and still no help.
When i spoke to Denver i was prommised that her books would arrive by end of next week.
Why long wait, when i asked if we can fetch it on Tuesday
got told no, she has her first exam in 7 weeks time.
This is Maths and Science.what must i do
