Bad Service Delivery

The lectures here have no teaching experience, the accounts department is rude because they let us wait for hours without any service, the lectures particularly can't teach at all. I've been waiting for two hours and thinking there was no one in the accounts department and there he was sitting and relaxing, while we need access cards for us to write our semester tests, there is no order here in Pc Training and I would appreciate it if you put them all into order because I REGRET coming here and wasting my parents money in this hole.
