I paid my money on 03/05/2013 and am yet to receive my goods or even a telephone call advising why the goods have not been delivered. I can not complain about service as there has been no service at all. Other suppliers deliver within 3 days why does the Vaal take 12 days and counting? This is really not a good reflection on your company or product.
