Illegal charge on my student account

I have been charged an amount of R526.32 plus VAT of R73.68 and interest of R4.75 for some Dance@Wits club. I have sent numerous emails and have tried several times to contact someone to remove these charges to no success. I have never signed up for this "club" and never attended any dance classes. I am a part-time postgraduate student who is full time employed and live in another city. I only ever attend classes for two weeks from 28 January 2013 to 8 February 2013 at the Medical School. The contact details listed on the WITS website for Dance@Wits is outdated, the webmaster did not respond when I sent an email to bring this to his/her attention. The numerous other emails I have sent have not received a reply and when you try to phone no-one can assist you. I think this is ridiculous that WITS can load a charge on my account for something I did not sign for - this is actually illegal in terms of the Financial Act and the Consumer Protection Act!!
