Pulse Tiles
Customer service is pathetic

I purchased ist grade bathroom tiles in August 2012. upon placement the colours/undertones where of different shadesie grey and white. upon complaining the claim was disputed. I contacted consumer services. They eventually agreed with consumer services that the problem was theirs and agreed to replace the unmatched tiles. it has been nine, 9 months and i am still waiting for Pulse Tiles to replace those tiles.
