Posing as a contractor!!!

Bobby came in n quoted for Renovations to my bathroom and took a deposit to purchase materials, he then kept coming back and doing the job 1 bit at a time. He then kept asking for more cash to complete the job until the full amount he quoted for was paid. He never returned to do any work even after countless phone calls, leaving the job incomplete without any explanation.
