Another 1st Electrical
Horrible Service

Two taps in a rental unit were leaking water so I called Another 1st Electrical CK2006/207623/23 to come give me a quotation and fix the issue (17 - 18 April 2013). The plumber came and had a look at the leak and gave me an initial quotation of R1500. I then queried the amount being quoted for the minor leak and we then came to an agreed amount that was lower than the initially quoted amount.

The tenant calls me again the following day (19 April 2013) to report that the taps where leaking again. I then reverted back to the Plumber that assisted me with the fix and he promised to go back to the unit to attend to the leak the following Monday (22 April 2013). It is the 26th of April and these guys have still not fixed the leaking taps for work I paid for. I kept calling the plumber and on one occasion he even told me to go. I even tried to call the company's offices on 012 665 5590 and still received no joy. My calls were being ignored and the guy that assisted me Alex kept dropping the phone in my ear.

These guys have lost all credibility and I would never recommend anyone to use their services. I'm even thinking to call another plumber company to attend to my issue.
