I had carpets fitted into my home Friday, 5 April to my newly renovated section of my home. I got home on Friday to see that there was a VERY bad join where the fitters joined an off cut to complete the carpet. I called Phillip on the Sunday as I was not home on the Saturday to explain that I was NOT happy! He assured me that his boss would call me back on the Monday... I'M STILL WAITING. I left several messages for Phillip to contact me back but to no avail. Eventually this weekend after seeing that the carpets are pulling loose at the cupboards I remained calling leaving messages for someone to call me back. Eventually I spoke with Arthur who got Nosipho to call me back. She said that she had spoken to the fitters and that they had a job on Monday but would call me arrange to come out on the Tuesday. I called now to confirm only to be told (after having to call me back yet again) that they can only come on Friday.
Builders Warehouse wanted FULL, UPFRONT payment to confirm my order and fitting appointment, now when I want what I paid for I'm being given the run around. Had I known this I would have paid more and got another service provider to fit the carpets.
DISSAPPOINTED!
