Made up for HQ slow reponse

I required some brackets that were not in stock, but had been unsuccessful in getting a response from the generic BW email address. After searching online I found the contact details for the store manager at Tygerburg.

He apologised for the lack of feedback from HQ and three emails later (and less than 24hrs later) he let me know that the stock was available and I could collect it.

Really great service from Johann, hopefully the rest of builders warehouse follows in his footsteps.
