Ad installation

Two single garage doors were ordered, paid for and installed. The date after installation I phoned and sms celest (sales person) to sendinstaller back because one door can not open properly when remote is used. The side tracks installed does not line up properly which causes the last wheel to stuck. After opening it once the panel has already cracked. I phoned celest 3 more times and it has been 2 weeks now with no response.
