I had a leaking tap and they came out and repaired it. After they left the leak had stopped, but no water came out the tap when it was turned on. I called Kevin and reported it, but we were going away on holiday the next day, so he said I should call him when I got back and he would come out and fix it for me. I have called him on at least 5 occasions, and each time he has promised to come, and then does not arrive.
