Proshades
Incomplete job despite full payment

I recently had a cover built on our outside deck by Pro Shades. Despite my frequent reminders to them, they have neglected to seal and waterproof the sides of the roof. It now leaks onto out furniture every time it rains.

I have repeatedly called Victor to find out when they are coming to complete the job and keep getting delayed. It seems it is only important enough for them to come out when they have another job in our area and even then, they are late or do not arrive at all with no phone call to notify me leaving me stuck at home all day waiting for them, wasting my time.

The poor communication and lack of concern from this company is shocking and I would not recommend people use them and if you do, hold back full payment until you are absolutely sure the job is complete.
